Measure the circumference of your pet’s neck using a cloth measuring tape positioned where their collar sits. The resulting measurement plus 2" is your pet’s neck size. The collar should be snug with enough room to fit two fingers between your pet’s neck and their collar. Tip: If you do not have a cloth tape measure, try using a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for faulty products or If you received the wrong item. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. You must submit your refund request via email at email@example.com or on our CONTACT page within 5 days from receiving your order. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email.
If you did not receive the product within our guaranteed time which is 45 days (not including 2-7 business day processing time) you can request a refund or a reshipment. You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

We do not issue the refund if:
You have made an error or typo on a custom personalized item. In the event that you've made an error, you must notify us immediately (within 24 hours) to correct it. Once the item has been personalized, we cannot issue a refund as personalized items cannot be resold.
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Glam Kittycats (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or holidays).

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size, you must contact us within 5 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the CONTACT page and we will guide you through the steps. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
